Returns and Refunds 

Due to the customized nature of our products tailored to your exact specifications, they may not be suitable for resale in the ordinary course of business. As a result, it's essential to be confident in your decisions before finalizing your purchase. We are pleased to accommodate order changes or cancellations within a 24-hour window from the date and time of your order submission.

While we regret that we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage, defects, or our own errors, please be assured of our unwavering commitment to assisting you in any way possible. If you encounter any concerns or issues with your order, our dedicated team is here to provide support and ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at benji@art-shades.com  If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom print items such as personalized image window shades are not returnable. Unless it is manufacturer's fault. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
