What is the difference between inside mount and outside mount?
Benji: An inside mount is when the shade fits inside of the window opening. Mounting as an inside mount generally has a cleaner, neater look. An outside mount is when the shade is mounted above and around the window frame, and can be used if there isn’t enough depth to mount the product inside the opening. Generally sliding glass doors and wood cased shallow windows are popular outside mount choices.
What types of window shades do you offer?

What materials are your window shades made of?
Benji: The type of material used for our window shades varies depending on the style you choose. For instance, our roman shades are crafted from linen or jute, while our roller shades are made from polyester. Additionally, our curtains are available in cotton, linen, or jute.

For wider windows, we will send out an order confirmation to the provided email to make sure the sizes are correct prior to production. If we do not received any response within 2 days, we will try to text the provided phone number.
How do I install the window shades?

Benji: Our average lead time is about 2-3 weeks.
Where are your guys located and where is my order shipped from?
Benji: Our sales and designs are located in Houston, Texas. Our production sides are located in HK/China hence your order will be shipped directly from China.

How do I clean and maintain my window shades?
Benji: The best way to clean and maintain your window shades will depend on the specific type of shade and the material it is made of. For regular dusting: Use a soft cloth or feather duster to remove dust and dirt from your shades on a regular basis. If you notice a stain or spill on your shades, use a damp cloth to gently spot clean the affected area. Be sure to blot the area rather than rubbing, to avoid damaging the material. For roman shade, wash the linen on a gentle cycle using cool water and a mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach.
